1 package Taco mix
2 pounds Ground beef

In a large skillet, add the ground beef, seasoning, and water. Mix well and let sit for 20 minutes.

Cover the mixture and put over medium-high heat. Bring the mixture to a boil and then reduce heat to a simmer.

Let simmer for 20 minutes, frequently stirring the mixture until the ground beef is cooked.
