Breaded Tilapia with Black Bean Salsa

Homemade black bean salsa is the crowning touch on beautiful golden brown fish fillets. Top with a jalapeño-mayo sauce for extra kick.

35 RITZ Crackers , finely crushed (about 1-1/4 cups)

6 tilapia fillets (1-1/2 lb.)

1/3 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise , divided

1/3 cup pickled jalapeño slices , chopped

1/4 cup oil , divided

1 can (15 oz.) black beans , rinsed

5 cherry tomatoes , quartered

3 green onions , sliced

Juice from 1 lime

1. Place cracker crumbs in pie plate. Brush fish with 3 Tbsp. mayo. Dip fish in crumbs, turning to evenly coat both sides of each fillet. Mix remaining mayo and jalapeños.

2. Heat 2 Tbsp. oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add fish, in batches; cook 3 min. on each side or until fish is golden brown on both sides and flakes easily with fork. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients.

3. Top fish with mayo mixture. Serve with bean mixture.
