What You Need

6 hard-cooked egg s, coarsely chopped

1 red pepper , finely chopped

2 green onion s, chopped

6 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon , cooked, chopped

10 RITZ Crackers , coarsely crushed

1/3 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise

6 large ancho chile s, hydrated

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients except ancho peppers.

2. Make small lengthwise cut in side of each ancho pepper; remove and discard seeds.

3. Fill peppers with egg mixture, adding about 1/2 cup to each.
