This little frozen fruit baggie beheld the all-fruit, 4-ingredient Popsicle. Peaches, oranges, and blueberries. All soaked in orange juice. You can craft your all-fruit Popsicles that require just four ingredients and NO Popsicle molds, Besides, when you have paper cups and wooden sticks, why do you need fancy Popsicle molds? Icy, simple, tart, sweet, soft in spots from the frozen fruit. Wanna join?
Ingredients
1 cup Fruit juice of choice
3/4 cup Mandarin orange segments
1/3 cup Fresh or frozen blueberries
1 Ripe peach, skin removed, diced
Method
01
Divide orange segments, blueberries, and peaches equally between 7 or 8 paper cups or 6 standard-sized popsicle molds (amounts as original recipe are written // adjust if altering batch size).
02
Nestle your popsicle sticks down into the bottom center of the molds and top with the juice of your choice – I went with OJ, but cranberry or pomegranate would also be great here.
03
Place close together in a loaf pan or other small pan and freeze until set – at least 4 hours.
04
Remove paper cup molds and consume them immediately. Store leftovers in the freezer in a freezer-safe bag.
