Add terrific flavor to these Roasted Potatoes with bacon. These roasted new potatoes are great with the mayo, lemon juice and Parmesan. Mmmm.

What You Need

2 lb. red new potato es, halved lengthwise

6 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon , chopped

3 Tbsp. KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing

1/3 cup KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise

1 Tbsp. lemon juice

1 clove garlic , minced

2 Tbsp. KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese

2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

1. Combine potatoes, bacon and dressing; spread onto rimmed baking sheet. Bake 45 min. or until potatoes are tender and crisp around the edges, stirring after 25 min.

2. Meanwhile, mix mayo, lemon juice and garlic until blended.

3. Spoon potatoes onto platter; top with mayo mixture, cheese and parsley.
