Green onions
1 1/2 cups Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
Pepper
Salt
1 cup Heavy cream
5 Eggs
1 Small onion, diced
1 pound Pork sausage
1 9 " refrigerated pie crust

Preheat oven to 350℉. In saute pan brown your sausage and onions together until sausage is cooked and onions are translucent, drain and set aside.

In a bowl whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Take a room temp 9" pie crust and place into a deep-dish pie plate ( gently roll out your pie crust lightly to make it a little bigger and "deep dish" size") and crimp edges.

Pour your sausage mixture into the bottom of the pie crust and spread out. Sprinkle with 1 cup of your cheese and then pour your egg mixture on top.

Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake in the oven for about 50 minutes or until set, halfway through cooking cover your pie crust edges with tinfoil or crust protectors to prevent burning.

Remove from the oven and let sit 20 minutes. Sprinkle with green onions if desired.
