Slow-Cooker Tuscan Chili

This Tuscan-style chili can be started on the stovetop and finished in the slow cooker or cooked on the stovetop from start to finish in under an hour.

What You Need

1 lb. Italian sausage

1 onion , chopped

1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes , undrained

1 <u>each</u> green and yellow pepper , chopped

1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste

1 can (15 oz.) cannellini beans , rinsed

1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves

1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves

1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Italian* Five Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA

Instructions

1. Crumble sausage into large skillet. Add onions; cook until sausage is browned, stirring frequently. Drain. Transfer to slow cooker.

2. Add tomatoes, peppers and tomato paste; mix well. Stir in beans; cover with lid. Cook on LOW 3-1/2 to 4 hours (or on HIGH 2-1/2 to 3 hours).

3. Stir in herbs; cover. Cook on HIGH 10 min.; stir. Serve topped with cheese.
