What You Need

1 Tbsp. olive oil

1/2 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms

1 small onion , finely chopped

1 lb. fresh green beans , trimmed

1 can (10-3/4 oz.) reduced-fat reduced-sodium condensed cream of mushroom soup

1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream

1/2 cup milk

1/4 tsp. pepper

3/4 cup French fried onions

Instructions

1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add mushrooms and chopped onions; cook and stir 3 min. or until onions are crisp-tender. Stir in beans; cover. Cook on medium-low heat 4 min. Remove from heat.

2. Mix next 4 ingredients until blended. Add to vegetable mixture; mix well. Spoon into 2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray.

3. Bake 40 min. or until heated through, topping with French fried onions after 30 min.
