Healthy and delicious, this vinegar-based pineapple coleslaw is sugar-free. This pineapple coleslaw is a twist on a classic. It’s vinegar-based, tangy, and made with only several healthy ingredients! Serve with Burgers, Tacos, or as a Picnic side. You can enjoy it with your family or friends when you've got a happy hour together.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. Salt

  • 3 tbsp. White Vinegar

  • Juice of Lime

  • 1/2 bunch Cilantro

  • 1 1/2 cups Fresh Pineapple

  • 1 cup Shredded Carrot

  • 2 Jalapenos

  • 1/2 Red Onion

  • 1/2 Small Head Green Cabbage

Method

    Gather the ingredients. Wash, chop, and prep all of the vegetables.

    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, and mix until everything is well incorporated.
