1/2 Avocado, mashed
10 French green beans
2 slices Bacon, cooked and chopped
6 slices Oven roasted deli turkey
2 slices Whole grain crusty bread, toasted

Bring a small saucepan filled with 1” of water to a slow boil over medium heat. Add green beans, cover and lower to simmer cooking 5 minutes.

Remove beans from heat and place in a bowl filled with ice water to stop cooking.

Drain and pat dry. Lay out bread, on one slice, spread avocado, top with bacon, turkey and green beans. Place the second piece of bread on top, cut in half and enjoy.
