I This is not your ordinary paleo coleslaw recipe because it’s full of healthy fats and refreshing. Using green and red cabbage, along with carrots and parsley, you get a tasty sour and slightly sweet coleslaw.

Ingredients

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • 1/4 tsp. Ground celery seeds

  • 1 clove Garlic

  • 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard

  • 1 tbsp. Olive oil

  • 1 1/2 tbsp. Raw honey

  • 1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar

  • 2 tbsp. Chopped parsley

  • 1 cup Shredded carrot

  • 2 cups Shredded red cabbage

  • 2 cups Shredded green cabbage

Method

    In a large bowl place the shredded green cabbage, red cabbage, carrot and parsley and mix to combine.

    To make the dressing, place apple cider vinegar, raw honey, olive oil, Dijon mustard, garlic, ground celery seeds, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl and mix to combine.
