Mix a batch of this strawberry guava for your next get together! They are refreshing and easy for a hot summer day. If you love the flavor of guava juice but don't want to buy one that's loaded with artificial colors and sweeteners, making your own is a cheap and easy option. For a basic guava juice, all you'll need are red or pink guavas, sugar, and water. We add some strawberries to make the juice delicious.

Ingredients

  • ice

  • 1 cup club soda

  • 7 leaves mint

  • 1/2 cup chopped strawberries

  • 2 guavas

Method

    Put the chopped guava into a blender or juicer to get guava juice.

    In two tall glasses, fill each halfway with ice, and add in chopped strawberries, and mint leaves. Muddle the berries and ice until they are crushed.

    Divide the guava juice between the two glasses. Fill the remainder of the glasses with club soda or seltzer water.

    Gently stir and serve immediately.
