BLT Paleo Coleslaw is perfect for any potluck or BBQ. Add some shredded chicken for a complete lunch! An easy-to-make salad recipe that’s paleo. 1/4 tsp. dry mustard powder
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
1 cup avocado oil mayonnaise
1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
8 slices cooked bacon
1/4 cup chopped basil
1 cup shredded carrots
6 cups shredded cabbage

Add four slices of bacon to a high powered blender or food processor and pulse until you have bacon bits. Chop the other 4 pieces roughly and set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk avocado oil mayonnaise, white balsamic vinegar, honey, mustard powder, and salt until fully combined.

Once whisked, add bacon "bits" to dressing and stir to combine.

In a large bowl add cabbage, carrots, basil, tomato halves, and roughly chopped bacon. Pour dressing over cabbage mixture and toss to coat.
