What You Need

1-3/4 cups flour

1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding

1-1/2 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp. salt

1 egg

1 cup mashed fully ripe banana s (about 3)

1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing

1/2 cup sugar

1/3 cup milk

Instructions

1. Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl. Whisk remaining ingredients in separate bowl until blended. Add to flour mixture; stir just until moistened. (Batter will be lumpy.)

2. Spoon into 12 muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray.

3. Bake 25 min. or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean. Cool 5 min. Remove from pan to wire rack; cool slightly.
