  • Powdered sugar, optional

  • Honey, optional

  • Peaches, optional

  • Blackberries, optional

  • Mangoes, optional

  • Kiwi, optional

  • Fresh strawberries, optional

  • 1/4 tsp. Cinnamon

  • 1 tsp. Ground flax seed

  • 2 tbsp. Sliced almonds

  • 1/2 cup Strawberry yogurt

  • 1 Ripe, yet firm banana, peeled

Method

    Split the banana lengthwise and lay the two halves in a bowl. Top banana with yogurt.

    Sprinkle the almonds, ground flax, and cinnamon over top.
