Ingredients
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup water
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp. canola oil
1 medium onion, chopped

In a small saucepan, saute onion in oil until tender. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Add the water, peanut butter, sugar, and chili powder. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2-3 minutes or until slightly thickened.

Remove from the heat; stir in the lemon juice, soy sauce, and salt.
