These perfect snacks are so easy to prepare, especially if your hard boiled eggs peel easily, plus they require just 4 ingredients. Also boiled eggs and liver are pretty nutritious, they have some good fats and are high in protein. So, these Easter snacks are not just delicious, they are also good for you! :)
Ingredients
Sriracha sauce or paprika cream to garnish
black pepper
sea salt
3 tbsp. pork or chicken liver pate
1 tbsp. mayo (homemade or store-bought)

Place the eggs in a sauce pan, cover them with water and bring to the boil. Boil the eggs until hard, for about 15 minutes, then drain and cool them with cold water (or ice). Leave them to cool completely.

Carefully peel the eggs, then cut them in half with a sharp knife.

Transfer the egg yolks into a bowl, add the mayo and pate. Mash with a fork, until it turns into a smooth paste. Season with salt and pepper.

Transfer the pate mixture into a piping bag and pipe into the egg whites.

Garnish your deviled eggs with a drop of Sriracha sauce or paprika cream to make them more appetizing.
