What You Need
1 1/3 cups quick cooking oats
1/2 cup white sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup mashed bananas
1/4 cup skim milk
2 egg whites
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Mix together dry ingredients.In a separate bowl mix togetherbananas, egg whites, milk and vanilla. Beat all together.
Bake in a 9 x 13 inch pan which has been sprayed with non-stick spray for about 35 minutes.Cool and cut into bars.You may sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, if desired.
