Makes 4 servings, 2 fajitas each.

What You Need

1 boneless beef sirloin steak (1 lb.), cut into strips

1 Tbsp. oil

1 medium red pepper , cut into strips

1 medium green pepper , cut into strips

1 medium onion , sliced, halved

1 cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa

1/2 cup A.1. Mesquite Marinade

8 flour tortillas (6 inch), warmed

1/2 cup guacamole

1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

Instructions

1. Cook and stir steak in hot oil in large skillet on medium-high heat 3 minutes. Add peppers and onion; cook 3 to 4 minutes or until steak is cooked through and vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.

2. Add salsa and marinade; mix well. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.

3. Spoon evenly onto tortillas; roll up. Top with the guacamole and sour cream.
