Bit-of-Irish Cheesecake

Celebrate St. Patrick's Day with a Bit-of-Irish Cheesecake! A nip of Irish cream liqueur and a pecan crust make this Irish cheesecake a crowd-pleaser.

1-1/2 cups finely chopped PLANTERS Pecans

2 Tbsp. sugar

3 Tbsp. butter or margarine , melted

4 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese , softened

1 cup sugar

3 Tbsp. flour

1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

1/4 cup Irish cream liqueur

4 egg s

1. Combine nuts, 2 Tbsp. sugar and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Bake 10 min.

2. Meanwhile, beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and flour in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add sour cream and liqueur; mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended.

3. Pour cream cheese batter over crust. Bake 1 hour 5 min. or until center is almost set. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim. Refrigerate cheesecake 4 hours.
