3/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

1/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing

1 Tbsp. flour

1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

1/2 tsp. ground black pepper

1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts , drained, chopped

1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach , thawed, drained

3 green onions , thinly sliced

1/3 cup finely chopped red pepper s

Instructions

1. Whisk first 6 ingredients in large bowl until blended. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.

2. Spoon into each of 32 mini muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray, adding about 1-1/2 Tbsp. artichoke mixture to each cup.

3. Bake 15 to 18 min. or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean.
