What You Need

1/4 cup chopped onion s

1 Tbsp. butter or margarine

1 Tbsp. flour

2 cups milk

4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese , cubed

1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA® , cut into 1/2-inch cubes

1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli , cooked, drained

1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg

1/8 tsp. pepper

Instructions

1. Cook and stir onions in butter in medium saucepan on medium-high heat 3 to 5 min. or until onions are crisp-tender. Whisk in flour until blended.

2. Stir in milk; cook on medium heat 2 min., stirring occasionally. Add cream cheese; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until melted.

3. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Cook 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
