Serve these over steamed rice for a fast and easy weeknight meal, or serve them as an appetizer for a party or get together.
Ingredients
1 20oz. can pineapple chunks with juice OR fresh pineapple chunks
1/2 18 oz. bottle BBQ sauce We love Sweet Baby Rays or any BBQ sauce of your choice
1/4 bag frozen precooked meatballs about 35-40 meatballs we love the Costco Kirkland Brand
Method

Place your frozen meatballs into the slow cooker. No need to thaw the precooked meatballs before adding them to the slow cooker.

Empty the can of pineapple juice and strain the juice from the pineapple chunks. Set the pineapple chunks aside.

Mix together the BBQ sauce and pineapple juice. Pour the BBQ sauce mixture into the slow cooker over all the meatballs and toss to cover the meatballs with the sauce.

Set the slow cooker to high temp for 1 hour, then turn down the temperature to low and cook for another 2-3 hours or until the meatballs are fully warmed.

Add in the pineapple chunks and toss with the meatballs to coat with the sauce.
