1 (12 ounce) skinless salmon fillet (about 1 inch thick)
1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
1 tbsp. capers, finely chopped
1 tbsp. finely chopped flat-leaf parsley
2 tbsp. finely grated horseradish

Coat the basket of an air fryer with cooking spray.

Combine horseradish, parsley, capers, and oil in a small bowl. Sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper. Spread the horseradish mixture over the top of the salmon. Coat with cooking spray.

Place the salmon in the prepared basket. Cook at 375°F until internal temperature registers 130°F, about 15 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
