Today I’m sharing my Pizza Bites, a variation of a pizza standard recipe that is just a little bit healthier, at least for pizza. The beauty of the whole experiment is that my family doesn’t even notice the difference! Pizza dough tastes great. And I feel a little bit better about the small change in our nutrition. It would be good up to a day ahead of time, stored in the fridge, formed in the final dough balls. Place in a 9×13 pan and cover the pan tightly with plastic wrap. Freeze it only 20 minutes into the first rise.

Ingredients

  • Ice-cube tray

  • 1/4 tsp. Baking Powder

  • 1/4 tsp. Salt

  • 1/4 tsp. Pepper

  • 1/4 cup Onion

  • 1 Ham

  • 1/4 pound Chicken

  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese

  • 1 tbsp. Tomato sauce

  • 1 tbsp. Oil

  • Cone flow

Method

  • 01
Mix cone flow, oil, a bit of salt and baking powder. Add water and mix them together that mixture won't stick, rest for 3 hours.
  • 02
Prepare the dough as a layer and apply it on the ice cube tray.
  • 03
Apply sauce on the hales and add chopped chicken, ham, chopped onion. Add some salt and pepper as your teats.
  • 04
For top layer add mozzarella cheese and cover again using another flow mixture. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Bake 15-20 mins. Save before gets cold.
