In fact, I have a super fun exciting avocado project coming up that I can’t wait to tell you about! But that’s another post for another day. Today we’re talking guacamole! I tested a few new guac recipes this week that I’ve been dreaming about and I’m so excited to share this one with you. It’s perfect for tomorrows celebration and you basically just have to make it.
Ingredients
pepper
salt
1/3 cup queso fresco crumbled
1 lime juiced
1 red jalapeno pepper finely chopped
3 ripe avocados
Method

Cut the avocados in half lengthwise. Remove the pit from the avocado and discard. Remove the avocado from the skin, and place the avocado flesh on a cutting board.

Cut the avocado in 1/2-inch cubes and transfer the avocado to a medium sized bowl.

Add the jalapeno pepper, fresh lime juice and crumbled queso fresco to the bowl.

Mash everything together with a fork until half chunky and half creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
