  • 1 cup Cabbage

  • 12 Green beans

  • 2 Carrots

  • 2 Spring Onion Greens

  • 3 Whole Eggs

  • 40 g Spice Oats

  • 40 g Saffola Pepper

  • 2 cups Brown Rice, cooked

Method

    To begin making the Chinese Egg Fried Rice Recipe With Oats, in a wok, add a teaspoon of oil, spring onions, carrots, beans, oats and cabbage.

    Sprinkle some salt and stir-fry on medium heat until the vegetables are softened and cooked. You can optionally cover the pan and cook the vegetables faster.

    Covering the pan and lowering the heat, also helps the vegetables to sweat a little and the oats will get cooked along with it.
