Blue spirulina powder gives this banana-apple combination its vibrant color and tea-like earthiness. Use unsweetened vanilla hemp milk to make this more spoonable. If you don't like or can't find hemp milk, any milk option would work beautifully here. Make sure you peel the banana first, then freeze it. It's very difficult to peel after the unpeeled banana is already frozen.

1/4 cup plain whole-milk yogurt, divided
1 tsp. blue spirulina powder
1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla hemp milk
1 cup ice cubes
1/2 small Fuji apple, cored and peeled

Combine banana, apple, ice, hemp milk, spirulina powder, and 3 tablespoons of yogurt in a blender.

Process on high until smooth, about 1 minute. Pour into a serving bowl. Using a small melon baller, scoop dragon fruit flesh into balls.
