This smoothie bowl has been our new favorite breakfast recipe these past few weeks! It’s such a fast, inexpensive, healthy, and easy breakfast recipe that’s basically designed for busy moms everywhere! Together with the fruit and milk, give this smoothie bowl the most amazing flavor! I promise you won’t be able to stop making it! What are some of your favorite breakfast recipes?

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 tbsp. honey

  • 1 cup milk

  • 2 tbsp. chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1 large apple

  • 1/2 cup ice

  • 1 banana

  • 2 1/2 cups strawberries

Method

    Add the strawberries, banana, apple, rolled oats, chia seeds, honey, ice, and milk into a large blender.

    Pulse to combine the ingredients until the smoothie reaches a creamy consistency.

    Pour finished smoothie into a large bowl.

    Top with a handful of pomegranate seeds, rolled oats, chia seeds, almonds, and apple slices. Drizzle with honey.
