Ingredients
4 salmon fillets (4 ounces each)
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. ground cumin
2 tsp. grated lemon zest
4 tsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Combine the first six ingredients; rub over salmon. Place in an 11x7-in. baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake, uncovered, at 350℉ until fish flakes easily with a fork, 15-20 minutes.
