Recipes for baked salmon don’t get any more delicious than this one! Oven baked salmon fillet is complemented by lemon, capers and BRIANNAS Chipotle Ranch dressing.

Ingredients

  • Non-stick spray

  • Dill to taste

  • 2 tbsp. capers

  • BRIANNAS Chipotle Ranch Dressing

  • Paprika to taste

  • Lemon juice to taste

  • 1 salmon steak fillet, quartered

Method

  • 01
    Place salmon fillet pieces on foil that has been coated with non-stick spray.

    Sprinkle with paprika and dill.
  • 03
    On each piece of salmon put about 1/2 tablespoon capers, lemon juice to taste and 2–3 tablespoons of BRIANNAS Chipotle Ranch Dressing.

    Fold foil to envelope all and seal by curling the ends together.

    Bake at 425℉ for 25 minutes.

    Open the foil envelope and allow the top to broil for 3–4 minutes more.
