Christmas is right around the corner. That’s right. Soft white bread dipped into eggnog mixture and fried until golden brown. Serve this Eggnog French Toast with fresh berries, maple syrup, honey, jam or just some butter. And don’t forget about the coffee! Yeah, right, like you could do that…?

8 slices white bread
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 cup eggnog
2 eggs
Method

In a medium bowl, whisk eggs, eggnog, cinnamon and nutmeg together.

Heat up a non-stick griddle over medium heat and spray it with some vegetable oil.

Dip the bread in the egg mixture. Fry slices until golden brown for about 2 minutes, then flip to cook the other side.

Serve with maple syrup, fruits, jam and/or butter.
