Easy Christmas Breakfast! I’ve also made these in the oven in the past, especially good when making a large batch for Christmas morning. You may choose to serve this with some grilled tomato, bacon and other breakfast staples. This was plain and simple, you will like it.
Ingredients
3 eggs
Christmas cookie cutter
2 Buttered thick sliced bread
Method
01
Gather the ingredients.
02
Cut a tree shape from the buttered bread and toast one side in a small fry pan before flipping and cracking an egg into the centre.
03
Cook the egg to your liking (we prefer runny). I also toasted the tree shape to dip into the runny egg.
