Simple Buffalo Chicken Dip

This simple Buffalo Chicken Dip makes a hearty addition to your snack table and comes together fast, especially if you have shredded chicken on hand. All your friends will be begging you for the recipe! Believe it or not, I've never attempted any kind of Buffalo Chicken Dip recipe before, but I figured you can't really go wrong with chicken, buffalo sauce, and boatload of cheese on top. In fact, this dip turned out to be SO good, I had the hardest time staying out of it!
Ingredients
1 cup grated monterey jack cheese
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
8 oz. softened cream cheese
2 cups shredded cooked chicken

Preheat oven to 350 degrees f and grease 9″ pie dish.

In a large bowl, add chicken, cream cheese, wing sauce and 1/2 cup of each of the cheeses. Combine.

Turn mixture out into prepared pie dish, smoothing top lightly with a spatula. Top with remaining cheese.

Bake 30-35 minutes, or until lightly browned and bubbly. Serve immediately with tortilla chips or crackers.
