1 tsp. toasted sesame oil

3 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 cup water

1 pound pork tenderloin cut into 1 inch pieces or thinly sliced
3/4 cup bell peppers cut into 1 inch pieces, I used red and yellow
1/2 cup carrots thinly sliced
1 cup broccoli florets
1 tbsp. vegetable oil divided use
