This dressing is very easy to make.It's a little bit spicy, but if you like ginger, this would be delicious for you.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 2 tsp. fresh, grated fresh ginger, or 1 teaspoon powdered ginger

  • 2 tsp. tamari or soy sauce

  • 1/3 cup tahini

  • 1 1/2 tbsp. maple syrup

  • 3 tbsp. mellow white miso

Method

    Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.

    Add more water if the mixture is too thick.

    Store in an airtight container in the fridge. The dressing will keep for up to 10 days.
