This is an easy two-ingredient dough recipe that is easy to throw together and perfect for making Pizza, Buns, Bagels, etc. Enjoy a cozy pizza night in with this easy Homemade Pizza Dough. Just add your favorite toppings! For Pizza. Take a fork and poke holes around the pizza to help prevent the crust from bubbling. Bake for 5-10 minutes without ingredients. Then remove from oven, add your desired ingredients and bake remaining time. Until crust is golden brown and toppings are cooked accordingly.

  • 1/2 cup Self Rising Flour

  • 1/2 cup Nonfat plain greek yogurt

Method

    Pre-Heat Oven to 400℃.

    Combine Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt, salt and Self Rising Flour. The dough will be sticky.

    Place dough mixture onto a lightly floured surface. Knead until it forms a more dough-like consistency.

    Roll dough out or cut into desired shape and thickness.

    Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza pan/stone if making pizza.
