This recipe can help us enjoy our new gluten-free lifestyle. My absolute favorite food is PIZZA!!! Every Friday night we have a family pizza picnic! Where we watch a movie, lay down on a blanket (to protect the carpet) and eat pizza in the living room. Which is a special treat for everyone because our family doesn't usually eat in the living room. As I am sure you know, "gluten-free" ANYTHING, especially pizza crust, isn't exactly affordable! It is usually twice as much as regular frozen pizza! We have also tried cauliflower crust, but that can also get pricy. This recipe I am going to share below is gluten and yeast free! Its become our favorite!
Ingredients
Garlic powder
1 cup Water
1 tsp. Any oil
2 3/4 tsp. Baking powder
2 1/2 cups Gluten free flour
Method
01
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Knead dough on the flowered surface for 3-4 mins. If the dough is too sticky, add small amounts of flour and continue kneading until dough ball forms.
02
On a floured surface roll with a rolling pin, until you reach desired size and thickness.
03
Bake at 400℉ for about 7-10 mins.
04
Remove from oven, add yummy toppings.
05
Return to oven for another 10 mins, until cheese is bubbly. Enjoy!
