Tamale Casserole

Combine your favorite Tex-Mex ingredients to make Tamale Casserole. Beef, salsa, beans, cheddar and more combine for our easy-to-make Tamale Casserole.

1. Brown meat in large skillet; drain. Return meat to skillet. Stir in salsa, beans and seasonings; simmer on low heat 5 min., stirring occasionally.

2. Spread onto bottom of 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.

3. Bring water to boil in medium saucepan. Stir in cereal; cook 1 to 3 min. or until thickened, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.

4. Add cheese, chiles and egg whites to cereal mixture; mix well. Spread over meat mixture.

5. Bake 20 to 25 min. or until golden brown.
