These gluten-free cookies only require 5 ingredients: kosher salt, creamy peanut butter, granulated sugar, large egg and pieces of candies. 1/2 tsp. Kosher salt
1 Large egg
1 cup Granulated sugar
1 cup Creamy peanut butter

Preheat oven to 350℉ and line 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper. In a large bowl using a hand mixer, beat peanut butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and salt and beat to combine. Fold in pieces candy.

Scoop cookie dough into heaping tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls, then flatten slightly. Place cookies 2" apart on baking sheet.

Bake until lightly golden, 10 to 12 minutes. Let cool completely.
