What You Need

2 cups flour

2 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder

1-1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. ground ginger

1/4 tsp. ground cloves

2 egg s

1/4 cup milk

1-1/4 cups packed brown sugar

1 cup canned pumpkin

1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing

1/2 cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans

Instructions

1. Combine first 6 ingredients. Whisk eggs and milk in large bowl until blended. Add sugar, pumpkin and dressing; mix well. Add flour mixture; stir just until moistened. Stir in nuts.

2. Pour into greased and floured 9x5-inch loaf pan.

3. Bake 55 min. to 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool bread in pan 10 min. Remove from pan to wire rack; cool completely.
