What You Need

3/4 lb. extra-lean ground beef

1 onion , chopped

1 can (28 oz.) crushed tomatoes

1 pkt. (0.7 oz.) GOOD SEASONS Zesty Italian Dressing Mix

8 cups shredded cabbage (about 1 lb.)

1 cup water

1 cup instant brown rice , uncooked

Instructions

1. Brown meat with onions in Dutch oven or large deep nonstick skillet.

2. Add tomatoes and dressing mix; mix well. Stir in cabbage. Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 20 to 25 min. or until tender, stirring occasionally.

3. Stir in water and rice; bring to boil. Simmer, covered, on low heat 5 min. Remove from heat; stir. Let stand, covered, 5 min. before serving.
