Ingredients

  • 1/4 tsp. Cumin

  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp. Salt plus extra to taste

  • 1 clove Garlic

  • 1/3 cup Chopped onion

  • 1/2 cup Roughly chopped cilantro

  • 1 Lime

  • 2 Ripe avocados

  • 1 Large jalapeno pepper

  • 10 oz. Tomatillos

Method

    Remove husk from tomatillos, rinse, pat dry, and coarsely chop.

    Remove the stem and seeds from your jalapeno, and chop. To control the heat of this dip, you can add as much or as little of the seeds as you want. This can be done at any time so feel free to taste the final product before spicing things up!
