This vibrant green hummus recipe couldn't be easier—just toss a few ingredients in the food processor and whir away!   • Red pepper flakes, for garnish

  • 1 tbsp. Chopped cilantro, for garnish

  • Kosher salt

  • 1/4 tsp. Cumin

  • 3 tbsp. Olive oil, plus more for serving

  • 2 cloves Garlic

  • 1/4 cup Lime juice

  • 1/3 cup Tahini

  • 2 Ripe avocados, cored and peeled

  • 2 cups Canned chickpeas

Method

    Combine chickpeas, avocados, tahini, lime juice, garlic, olive oil and cumin in the bowl of a food processor and season with salt. Blend until smooth.
