While we call it “1 Minute Shrimp” because it only cooks under pressure for one minute, give yourself a few extra for the instant pot to get to pressure. Start to finish, we’re probably looking at 11-minute shrimp, but it’s still lightning-fast and silly-easy. And 49g of protein with no carbs or fat? That's so great!

Ingredients

  • Creole seasoning to taste

  • 1/2 cup Water

  • 1/2 cup Apple cider vinegar

  • 28 oz. Frozen shrimp (deviened and peeled if possible)

Method

    Throw everything into InstantPot.

    Close the lid and set the top valve to "seal."

    Program for Manual High for 1 minute.
