3/4 cup KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

1 beef flank steak (1-1/2 lb.)

1. Pour dressing over steak in shallow dish; turn to coat both sides of steak. Refrigerate 3 hours to marinate, turning occasionally.

2. Heat grill to medium-high heat. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade. Grill steak 5 min. on each side or until medium doneness. Remove from grill; cover.
