1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 tsp. Sea salt
3/4 cup Unsalted butter
1/2 cup Dark brown sugar
1/2 cup Ultrafine or granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups All-purpose flour

In a small bowl, heat the flour in the microwave on HIGH, 30 seconds. Stir and repeat at 15 second intervals until the internal temperature is 160°F. Set the flour aside to completely cool.

In a large mixing bowl, beat together the sugars and butter until combined, about 3 minutes with an electric mixer.

Add the salts, vanilla and milk and mix until incorporated.

Add the cooled flour and mix just until the flour is incorporated.

Gently stir in the chocolate chips.

Keep the dough refrigerated and in an airtight container.
