This is my Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip! Being from Buffalo, I love my chicken wings, but I will not eat them because of the calories! Did you know that one chicken wing is about 100 calories and about 5 – 8 grams of fat? No thank you! You know once you have one wing, you can’t stop there. Next thing you know you have eaten like 10 of them!! So instead of wings, bring me to dip! Just as tasty, if not more and is only 110 calories for over 1/4 cup serving with less then 1.5 grams of fat!! This dip is fantastic!!!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup light cheddar cheese, shredded

  • 5 oz. chicken, cooked, diced or shredded small

  • 1/4 cup Franks Hot Sauce (To taste)

  • 2 tbsp. ranch seasoning

  • 4 oz. cream cheese, fat free, room temperature

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise, reduced fat

  • 1 cup greek yogurt, plain

    Preheat oven to 350 ℉.

    Spray an oven-safe baking dish with cooking spray.

    In a bowl mix together yogurt, mayonnaise, cream cheese, and ranch seasoning, until incorporated. Stir in hot sauce and chicken. Sprinkle top with cheddar cheese.

    Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
