In a bowl, combine the beef, the milk, the egg, three-quarters of the onion, the breadcrumbs, and the salt and pepper. Mix until everything is combined.

Roll and shape the meat mixture into 1 1/2 inch meatball. Place them in an 8x8-inch baking dish (they should be touching each other).

In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, the ketchup, and the remaining diced onion. Mix, then brush over the tops of the meatballs in the baking dish.

Bake in a 350 degree F oven for 30 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
